To subscribe, click the “Start Your Subscription” button on our website. You’ll be taken to Stripe to complete your $12 monthly payment.
Once your subscription is active, you’ll receive a mailer each month via USPS that includes an original 5″ × 7″ print, a bookmark, and occasionally a special paper surprise.
Mailers are shipped by the 21st of each month and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on USPS delivery in your area.
You may cancel at any time by emailing janet@themonthlypiece.com.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the package and its contents. We’ll do our best to replace the damaged items with the same or similar prints and bookmarks, based on availability.
After you cancel, we retain your information only as long as needed for legal or financial reasons, then delete or anonymize it where possible.
